- HOW or 3rd party documentation of time on the street, in a vehicle or other location not intended for habitation
- Documentation of time in a hospitalized, incarcerated or in another institutional setting for less then 90 days
- Documentation of a stay at a shelter not participating in our CoC HMIS
- Documentation of time spent in a Transitional Housing Program not participating in our CoC HMIS
