This group brings together all the homeless housing and service providers in Yonkers, NY funded with HUD Continuum of Care for the Homeless funding administered by the Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers.

The following HUD approved materials, from HUD Resource Exchange, explains the definition, documentation and verification of chronic homeless.
